Most of my clients book 8-12 weeks in advance to ensure their requested session date is available, but during peak seasons, my availability goes quick! It's best to get on my books as soon as possible. My weekend availability is very limited, and I do not book on Sundays.
Yes! Travel is included for all sessions up to 30 miles from my studio in Monroe, MI. Distances beyond that may require a travel fee. We'll chat about that at booking!
With my style of photography and editing, neutral or muted colors seem to suit everyone best. I recommend against wearing busy patterns or neon/bright colors– those colors always seem to bounce light and color in places we don't want!
Especially during busy season, it's best to contact me during your first trimester to get scheduled between 30-32 weeks. I do try to prioritize maternity sessions so your gallery is delivered and enjoyed while you're still soaking up the last several weeks of pregnancy, but editing times can vary.
Newborn sessions are done between 4-14 days old, though I do occasionally take older newborns up to 28 days old. I take a limited number of newborns each month to allow for flexibility with deliveries, so your due date is ideally booked during your second trimester. Add me to your list of people to contact that baby is arrived– once baby is officially here, we'll schedule the session.
